Global Brand Licensing, or GBL, is in business to buy & sell, license & sublicense, regional up to international rights to manufacture and distribute music merchandise, often in conjunction with song publishing, mechanical rights and other intellectual property related to the music, film, tv and media industries, to international niche markets that reach around the globe.

At present, GBL is building a proprietary music photograph archive through acquisitions, looking far and wide to acquire full rights in unique original music photographs where the master rights to the photograph(s) are for sale by verifiable originators (such as photographers), subsequent buyers and/or other owner(s).
We seek to buy from sellers who are the bands or artists themselves, or sanctioned photographers, and in some cases estates of artists, bands or the original photographers. Other types of sellers may be considered on a case by case basis.

Please just send a few jpg samples that aren't more than 5 or 6mb each. One e-mail can be no larger than 25mb, which is just three or four photos. Otherwise, our systems refuses to accept the submission.
If our curators wish to see higher resolution copies a submitted photo, or negotiate an acquisiton, we'll contact you immediately.
Please include your full name, telephone number and optional photo archive or social media links.
Please include information including band and artist's name(s) + any venue/date/event/session/etc + photographer info. If it the photo(s) ever been used before in marketing materials or on record sleeves, etc, please describe. Optionally disclose how much you are asking for the rights to the photograph(s) in question Currently, GBL current pays, starting at $40 per photo and going up to $500 per photo. Prices and terms vary because every situation is unique.
